Returns & Exchanges

We thank you for your Transformations purchase and we want you to be satisfied. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations; it can be returned within 14 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange minus shipping and handling charges. We do our very best to inspect your order prior to shipping however on occasion something might not have been noticeable at first glance. Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives and notify us of any damage. Many of our items are “one of a kind” and cannot be replaced. Also many of our “one of a kinds” are approaching antiquity status and will have natural wear and tear. Again you may return this unique treasure for a full refund minus the shipping and handling charges within 14 days.


  1. Please contact Transformations as soon as possible to inform us of your Request to Return.

  2. Include the Receipt / Packing Slip with the returned item(s).
  3. List the item(s) being returned on the back of your Receipt / Packing Slip along with the reason for the return.
  4. Please indicate if you would like to exchange the items or if you prefer a refund to your credit card.
  5. Repack the product in its original packaging materials unless the package’s condition is not suitable for a safe return back to Transformations.

For exchange in most situations you will be responsible for shipping.

You are responsible for Product damaged in “return transit”. We recommend “pre-shipment photography”  and insuring and retaining tracking information on your return shipment since we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive back at Transformations as Sell-able product.

If your have received a package damaged in shipping or if a packing error occurred, please call us right away at 562-438-1267 or email us at Please keep all packing Material and take pictures if at all possible. This will help our recourse with our Shipping Vendor. If you are returning an item because it was defective or because we shipped you an item that you did not order, Transformations will cover the return-shipping costs.
